Playin' hooky Guiding is run by two avid anglers who have grown up with a passion for outdoors and fishing. The Adirondack Park has been our backyard for years. We have explored vast numbers of lakes and rivers around us and continue to search for more and more. We would like to bring others to our backyard  to learn and experience the wild nature we have here. So come join us for a memorable day on the water.

Our fleet includes a newly refurbished Pro17 tracker and a larger boat, a 1900V Pathfinder. Groups of two and solo anglers have an option to take out our Pro17. This gives them an opportunity to travel up some smaller waterways. This vessel has an updated Garmin Live Scope mounted up front for some amazing fish watching in real time.

Groups of 3 - 5 anglers will be fishing from our larger vessel. The 1900V Pathfinder has plenty of room to fit the family.

Welcoming all experiences of anglers. You are never too experienced or to novice to learn a few new things about the ever evolving sport that is fishing. We are VERY serious about the protection, preservation, and care for the fish so handling is always kept to a minimum with the fish remaining in the net until cameras are ready and your ready for your hero shot!
