Gear Shop
We have trips for all anglers, ages, and groups
At Playin Hooky, you get to choose between fly or traditional fishing gear. All gear will be provided. We welcome all levels of anglers and we can assist to hone your skill set if needed.
We have private fly casting lesson available for the inexperienced. Contact us for our rates for private casting lessons!
Group of 2 or solo anglers have the option to take out our refurbished Pro17 Tracker up smaller water ways for chances to get fish where bigger boats cant get. Updated Garmin live-scope throughout the boat makes for an amazing time watching fish eat a lure in live time.
Larger groups (max 5) will be on our full size boat a 1900V Pathfinder with plenty of room to fit the family. This larger boat makes for a very smooth ride that will get you to the next spot fast.

Want to try your hands at icefishing? Our guides can take up to 6 people comfortably onto the frozen waters of the Adirondacks. With insulated shanty’s and propane heaters, you can be sure that you will stay warm even if the weather is bad. Garmin live-scope will be placed inside the shelter to make for a entertaining time!
